        <p>Anxiety to Action is a brief 30-minute session that helps students to understand the purpose that anxiety serves when it comes to study and our lives in general. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a framework, students will be introduced to the Choice Point as a compass for effective action as well as some strategies to use when thoughts and emotions make us feel &lsquo;stuck&rsquo; in the anxiety.</p><p><em><strong>This is a live online workshop and is not recorded.</strong> Registered attendees will receive the slides after the workshop.</em></p></body></html>
