In this two-hour practical workshop you will find publication metrics and altmetrics using tools such as Scopus, Web of Science and Altmetric Explorer. You will consider what the metrics mean and how to use them to your advantage for purposes such as promotion and grant applications.
To participate in the workshop you will need:
Staff and graduate researchers with fewer than five publications are welcome to attend. Please bring along the details of five publications from a research hero.
Who should attend: La Trobe University staff and graduate research students.
